Refund Policy 1. No Refund on Completed Orders We do not issue refunds for any order that has been successfully completed. All SMM services are digital, so once delivered, they cannot be reversed. 2. Refunds for Non Delivered Orders If your order does not start within the maximum stated start time, you may request a refund. Refunds are added back to your panel wallet only. 3. Partial Refunds If an order is partially delivered due to a system issue, the remaining undelivered amount will be refunded to your wallet. 4. Wallet Payments Funds added to your wallet are non refundable. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn to bank accounts, mobile wallets, or any other payment method. 5. Wrong Link or Wrong Information We do not refund orders placed with incorrect links, usernames, or privacy settings. You are responsible for entering correct information when placing an order. 6. Drops After Completion Some services include refill support. If a service has refill, we will refill according to the service terms. If a service does not include refill, drops will not qualify for refunds. 7. Chargebacks and Disputes Opening a chargeback or dispute will lead to permanent suspension of your account. Any remaining balance will be forfeited. Return Policy Since all SMM services are digital and delivered online, we do not accept returns.
